Casa San Martin - Newly constructed two story condo in San Antonio District available for long-term lease.  Our brand new condo is on the second and third floors of a four-unit gated community located an easy 20 minute walk/5 minute cab ride from Centro. It is within a 3-5 minute walk of excellent restaurants and shops.

On the first floor of the light and bright unit is a large kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher with a granite kitchen island and lots of storage.  Located next to the kitchen is the dining area and large living room and sitting area, under stair storage, half-bath and guest bedroom with in-suite full bathroom.  Up the terracotta stairway with boveda ceiling is the laundry room and master bedroom with its own boveda ceiling and its own in-suite full bathroom.  The master has a view and access to the third floor terrace via sliding glass door or the terrace can be accessed via separate hallway door.  The many screened windows provide excellent flow through ventilation and the fireplace in the living area and master warm up chilly evenings.

The home is fully outfitted and walk-in ready and was furnished and decorated by local interior designer, Lesley Faye.  Internet, smart TVs with Spanish and English channels, a security system with remote camera front gate unlock system and a whole house water filtration system have been installed. Cleaning service is included two timers per week.  Additional cleanings available at renter’s expense if desired.  The unit is not suitable for children and pets are not allowed.

Monthly rate: $2,500 USD (includes utitlities and cleaning twice a week).
